4a. Type a Name in the first box.
4b. Enter your Name, this will be your display name.
4c. Enter your e-mail address in the last two boxes
4d. Click on the Servers Tab

5a. Enter Mail.YourDomainName.com for the Incoming and Outgoing mail servers.
5b. Enter your email address as the Account Name.
5c. Enter your password.
5d. Make sure that the "My server requires authentication" checkbox uner Outgoing Mail server is checked
5e. Click OK

6a. Click OK
6b. Click OK
6c. Close Outlook and then Re-open it.
